Artemis then walked and found a table at the nightclub. He would come here often just so he could get drunk. Just so he wouldn't have to think about Phillie or Chan for one night. How two women has hurt him. One killed herself and the other came into his life promising to making it better and then leaving. He sighed as he order him a whiskey sour. That is when a cute waitress brought it to him. After that he was left by his lonely self. He was about ready to give up on dating. And all his siblings where no where to be found. And they said that they would be there for him. He couldn't help but laugh since that was a lie.

He then took a drink and was looking around. Not like he was expecting anybody.

Nadia was officially fed up with the universe. Nothing was fair anymore. Taking a vacation to come see her mother was meant to be fun, happy, joyful. But the second she walked into the small old house and saw that there was dust everywhere, she knew something was up. Then, as she went up stairs and heard frantic, almost desperate coughing that came in fits, she was tempted to run. She was tempted to leave mother to die. But no, that wouldn't be right.

Stupid morals.

So, she took the next best option. Clean up the house, tend to her mother and go to drown her sorrows in alcohol. The best way she knew. If it didn't cure the problems, it at least numbed them for a small while...

As she entered the nightclub in a short, tight, black dress, she started regretting coming. She hadn't been here in a long, long while, and perhaps asking the cab driver to take her to "the nearest place there's alcohol and loud music" wasn't the smartest idea.

She stood at the bar and flicked a coin up, trying to decide whether to start on the light stuff and get drunk steadily, or hit the hard stuff straight off. Ordering a firewhiskey, she went for the latter.

All Artemis wanted to do was to forget about women and how they hurt him. He wanted to forget about how his family left him. There really wasn't anything to live for anymore. The only thing that meant anything was teaching the young students. And that he went to the same school but that was it. He had given up on the thought of being happy again.

He knew that if Athena or even Rhea was here they would say something. Artemis wasn't sure if Theo would give him advice.

That is when he seen this beautiful women walked into the nightclub. There was something about her that made Artemis want to go chase her. He wasn't sure if this was his brightest ideas he ever had. For all of his luck she might have a boyfriend and he didn't want to deal with him.

But he then went up to the bar against his better judgment. And he could tell that she was trying to decided if she wanted to get really drunk or not. “ Well a lovely beauty that I haven't never seen here before. Let me order you some drinks.”

The glass was put in front of her and Nadia slid the coin across the counter, bringing it to her lips and necking a large gulp. It send burns down her throat and throughout her body, numbing everything she felt. With a hiss, she closed her eyes and tried not to show that she wasn't one to handle her liquor. A small "ahem" escaped her lips and she held the glass between her fingers, staring down into the liquid.

She'd never really been with a man before. Sure, she'd had boyfriends. Back at school, after she'd graduated. But not with anyone who genuinely cared about her. They'd always ended up dating her friends or, worse, enemies. Why did guys do that? With a sigh, she took another gulp of the drink.

She didn't notice a guy approach her until his voice hit her ears. With a sharp turn, she was facing him, and her hair was falling in such a way that framed her face perfectly. For once, her hair was doing as it was told.

"Well, I don't come 'ere much, really," she said sweetly. "I'm set for a while, but join me if you like!"

Artemis was just watching her drink. There was something about this girl that was screaming for him to talk to her. Even if he didn't want to get hurt again. He wanted to die after Phillie and he almost did. But what killed him even worse was when Chan came in and tried to fix and just left. That is where he wanted to kill himself again. But Marianne talked him out of it and it wasn't like she was interested in him. He was just another professor to her.

All he wanted to do was find a girl like he had with Phillie. Settle down with her and move on with his life. But he knew that he could keep dreaming about it and he knew that he would never found one. Since Phillie didn't really love him or she wouldn’t have killed herself. There was nothing that could be done to fix it now. She was already gone.

Artemis couldn't help but stare at her. All he wanted to do was brush her hairs behind her eyes. This women was beautiful. And it was like the first time he meet Phillie. He was getting that same feeling and he knew she would want him to move on.

“ Hmm shame that you don't come here a lot. But I would love to join you.”

With another burning gulp of her drink, Nadia slammed her glass down on the counter and waved in the direction of the barman, gesturing for another. It was brought to her, but she didn't take it straight away. She left it there, looking at the man who'd approached her. He wasn't bad looking, truth be told. But she was about to drink herself stupid, and if there was an attractive man there, she didn't know what would go down or what she'd end up doing.

It sucked a lot that Nadia hadn't had any experience with men. Right now, when it came to actually talking to one, she had absolutely no idea what to do. At all.

"Yes, I might have found you a little sooner zan now," she smiled sweetly and went to grab for her drink.

For some reason when Artemis was looking at this women, he was slowly forget about the pain. The pain from Phillie's death and how Chan just left him. Or even when his own family turned their backs on him. He didn't want to jiyx himself but he would do anything this one asked him to do. That was because he had the same feeling when he meet Phillie. And he knew that everything was going to be alright. But know was the part where he had to charm her with his good looks.

He wanted to get to know this women. And would sit there till he found out everything about her. And he would have to do the same thing. Hoping that she wanted to know about him. “ Artemis Capulet and you are?”

“ Yes if you found me sooner I am sure everything would be alright.” Artemis then was watching as she was still drinking.

Nadia brushed her hair behind her ears and pushed the firewhiskey away, already starting to feel the slight after effects of taking the first so quickly. Standing up, she offered her hand to the man and smiled at him, her eyes sparkling.

"I'm sure it all would have been better. Maybe I wouldn't be stuck checking on my mother all weekend, and getting pissed every time," she giggled, shifting her weight on the heels she was wearing. "Hey, you want to dance?" she asked, keeping her hand out and smiling reassuringly in case he was feeling a little weary.

From no-where, a burst of courage shot through her and she giggled girlishly. She loved firewhiskey. "It's okay, I won't bite. Much..."

Artemis watched as she pushed aside the firewhiskey that she was drinking. All he could do was stare at the beautiful women that was in front of him. When she gave him her hand and that is when he was looking into her eyes.

“ Oh that is too bad to hear. But I am sure that I make sure that you are having a good time.” He was smiling as he was thinking that this women could take away his pain. She then asked him if he wanted to dance. “ Yes I would love to dance with the lovely lady.”

He then grinned. “ So you love to bite? Hmm I might love that.”

With a gentle tug, Nadia tried to get him to stand up and follow her over to where others were dancing away. She nodded her head back to them and tried to hear over the noise what song was playing. She hadn't heard it before, but by the sounds of it, it was somewhat modern. Well, it wasn't really her usual genre, but hey, if that's what the kids were listening to these days...

She reached across and picked up her drink again, taking a large glug and draining half the glass. "Aah," she breathed and closed her eyes for a second, feeling the trickling sensation of a steady flame throughout her body. It was both blissful and painful, and she walked backwards towards the source of the music, beckoning Artemis to join her.

Artemis would do anything for this women. This women could take away his pain that was in his heart. He really wasn't a fan of the music that was playing. But it wasn't like he could change it. All he want was to sit down with her and just talk.

He then seen that she had grabbed the rest of her drink. Artemis was starting to love everything about this women. But he knew that it would be hard since he was living in France and she was in Britain. He wasn't going to think about it now. Artemis then started to follow her.

Nadia pulled him by the hand over to the dancefloor and instantly linked her fingers behind his neck, smiling a sweet, innocent smile at him. He was really good looking, and who cared if she wasn't going to see him for a while? Point was, he was taking away the pain of her mother's state, and that was enough to keep her going for as long as she needed it.

The burden that had been weighing her down felt lighter still as she looked into his eyes and started dreading wearing heels, for her ankles were going to be throbbing like goodness knows what the next morning. She could already feel them starting to ache, but that didn't matter. It was a second conscious matter, for her first was just to have a good time.

Artemis grinned as they was going onto the dance floor. He then noticed how she put her arms around her next and watched as she smiled. He hoped that this would work out. Because it felt like she was taking away from the pain that he had from Phille. So he was going to enjoy this moment.

He was loving how she looked tonight. Artemis knew that it had been a while since he been with another girl. And wasn’t sure what to do or say anymore. He lost confidence when Phille died. “ Hopefully this will happen more often.”
