First Official Date

Edward frowned as he walked up the street, searching for the little tea shop. He had asked Kat to meet him there, except there was one problem. He had no clue where it was. Edward knew where he was at the moment, and he knew he was in the right place to look for it, he just couldn't find it.

As he searched he ended up asking more than one person for directions, and then finally, after over an hour of searching, he found the little shop.

He stopped just outside of it, looking up and taking in the amount of pink that covered just the outside of it. He shook his head at how girly it was and how much it was like his girlfriend. Kat loved pink, as far as he was concerned.

Taking in a deep breath he turned around and began to search the streets for Kat. He was wearing one of his better outfits for this date. His outfit consisting of his best black button up shirt, a white tie that hung loosely around his neck, and black jeans. He wore his regular sneakers, seeing no reason to wear super fancy shoes.

Tapping his fingers against his thigh as he waited, he spotted the familiar blonde figure of Kat wandering over to him. He smiled brightly as she neared him.

"Hello stranger." he said lightly, before hugging her, and lightly kissing her forehead. "You look very pretty." he said admiring her outfit.

Kat ran to the tea shop. She was late. Kat was wearing a blue dress with aqua pumps. The dress was strapless and knee-length, and it had glitter. It was one of her favorites. She then saw Eddie and ran into the shop. She laughed as he kissed her and hugged him in return

"Hey, Thanks by the way. You don't look half bad yourself hot stuff" Kat said giving edward a kiss on the lips

Edward smiled at her compliment, bowing his head in thanks. When she kissed him, he was taken a little by surprise, but then immediately responded by kissing her back.

When they pulled away, Edward gently took Kat's hand and together they went to find themselves a private seat.

They found a booth at the back of the shop, by a window, so they slid into the seats, opposite each other. "So how have you been?" he asked, as they were handed menus.

He hadn't seen Kat since their last meeting, when she asked him to be her boyfriend, which he still had not regretted doing.

Now that summer had started, and he could see her more often, he hoped they would spend at least a few times a week together.
