Personality: Adam is a confident outgoing person that loves exploring, getting down and dirty, and not afraid to try something new. If he's afraid of something he'll push through it since he believes fear holds people back. If it persists he puts on a facade as if he's not to where he believes it himself. One of his favorite people to annoy is his sister since he'd rather have her be annoyed with him then ignore him. At least when she's chasing him or putting him in his place she's paying attention to him. Adam feels as if his mother is slighting him since she only half pays attention to what he says when he tries to talk to her or show her something.

Far from being stupid as most people assume of someone who jumps right into things, Adam is smart. Maybe not the most intelligent person out there, but he's far from being dumb. He makes mistakes but owns up to them even if he'd rather not. He believes mistakes lessons and are there so that the next time he'll know what not to do and make other mistakes. Doesn't like being embarrassed but rather than get upset and let people know that he's humiliated or that it has affected him at all, Adam would rather laugh it off. He's usually or at least appears laid back and is willing to talk to most anyone.

Overall history: Raven was the son of an English Pureblood and a Muggleborn. His father caved under family pressure and divorced his wife and finally disinherited and disowned his son when he remarried. This caused Raven to take his mother's last name Drake as his own. After his father's marriage his mother moved them to Germany so he finished out his final years at Durmstrang. While there he met a French transfer student who adopted him into his Pseudo family. Going back to France with him, Raven met Avril. They hit it off and quickly got married. Kestrel soon came along followed by Adam.

Adam was used to not having his father around. He'd come and go and his mother never told him or his sister Kestrel what he did for a living. Whatever it was kept the roof over their heads, clothes on their backs, and food in their stomachs. It afforded his mother the luxury of being a private music tutor and work on her own art. Adam isn't sure how his mother feels about his father being gone and popping in and out without a word. If she knows where he goes or what he does she has never said anything to Adam about it. Kestrel might have ferreted the information out taking after their father that way. He'd been a Slytherin before going to Durmstrang. Because of the war Raven kept the name Larue so no one would connect him with being a wizard and vice versa. He preferred to keep neutral and keep his family out of it.

Adam grew up normally as one could but with the knowledge that magic was real. Of course when he thought his toys were alive because his father had cast an animation spell on them, had traumatized him for a bit. Adam didn't believe that his toys weren't peeking at him when he wasn't looking. Kestrel didn't help him at all teasing him about it and even saying that they moved about when he wasn't around. Why else did he think they were always put away when he woke up when he'd left them scattered about the floor before going to bed.

At age eight Adam had thrown a tantrum and had broken one of his mother's favorite porcelain figures. Scared and fearing getting into trouble he'd found it somehow put back together again without a fracture in it. After that he paid more attention and realized that he too was a wizard. His mother wasn't and told him that it wasn't something he should go about saying because of the war. There would always be those that would hate him just because of what he was. When he got his letter at eleven to Beauxbatons, Adam didn't hesitate to go seeing it as yet another adventure.
