Personality: Kestrel was born adventurous and has always felt the need to be creative and assertive in her opinions. She's not afraid to show the world what she thinks and at times this can get her into trouble. She majorly has problems with managing her time and often will fall behind on her work because of it. Her temper is hard to control and she will spout insults if she feels she (or her baby brother) has been wronged. Her bite is worst than her bite as they say, because she seldom dishes out empty threats. Her temper has gotten her into quite a lot of fights over the years, most centering around insults thrown at her family, or someone picking on Adam.

Kestrel tends to read quite often and because of this she tends to know random facts. She is talented with Quidditch and quite balanced on land, though she has the tendency to very badly fail at swimming. She can't whistle to save her life but she can snap her fingers, which she does when she's thinking. She has a tendency to instinctively know where she is, having a good memory on locations. She very much dislikes gooey and sappy romance novels or stories that she reads and instantly throws them in the trash. Kestrel sees reality and does not often dream of a goal, though she does not necessarily enjoy the reality in front of her, she is more aware of what lies ahead most of the time.

Overall history:
Raven was the son of an English Pureblood and a Muggleborn. His father caved under family pressure and divorced his wife and finally disinherited and disowned his son when he remarried. This caused Raven to take his mother's last name Drake as his own. After his father's marriage his mother moved them to Germany so he finished out his final years at Durmstrang. While there he met a French transfer student who adopted him into his Pseudo family. Going back to France with him, Raven met Avril. They hit it off and quickly got married. Kestrel soon came along followed by Adam.

Kestrel didn't often see her father, which annoyed her greatly. He'd come and go and her mother never told her what he did for a living. Whatever it was kept the roof over their heads, clothes on their backs, and food in their stomachs. He'd been a Slytherin before going to Durmstrang. Because of the war Raven kept the name Larue so no one would connect him with being a wizard and vice versa. He preferred to keep neutral and keep his family out of it. It afforded her mother the luxury of being a private music tutor and work on her own art. Kestrel, while though her father kept his new last name of Larue, took on her grandmother's last name of Drake because she was rather proud of the last name and didn't care who knew it.

While her little brother was told to hide the knowledge of whom he was as a wizard, Kestrel ignored such warnings and spent countless nights snitching books from her father's office to read about the magical world that she would one day become apart of. She divided her time reading and playing with her brother, running around quite often enough outdoors. She had very few friends growing up, but those she acquainted with she continued to keep in contact with even while going to Beauxbatons. She only told them she was at a boarding school to study abroad so that they didn't know of her magical inheritance, though she yearned to tell them.
