Enchantments was something Adam looked forward to. Ever since he was small and was read all the stories. Okay he was pretending he wasn't really listening when he was. Adam liked the stories and let's just say that even if he and his sister got along, that didn't stop them from doing something to one another. Or at least it didn't stop Adam from trying to tease his sister. What better way then to learn with enchantments? And it would just be neat period. Whistling he couldn't help but wonder if was a way to enchant people to make them objects. Would you actually kind of look like the object you'd been enchanted into afterward?

Juliet entered the classroom in her usual elegant manner, wearing clothes which made her look like she belonged to the Royal Court. As she entered she saw there was only one student there, though she figured because it was nearly the end of the year, I guess many students had become slack

Juliet placed a textbook on her desk then turned to face her only student "Welcome Mr Larue, it is a pleasure to have you here. Now today we will be learning to conjure small birds to come out of our wands, do you know what the spell is called?" she asked in her soft gentle voice

Adam blinked and looked abashed at being caught unawares. Scratching at the back of his head, he tried to think. He didn't remember either of his parents using that spell nor his sister. Shrugging he shook his head. "No, ma'am."

Conjuring birds out of his wand would be neat though. He couldn't wait to learn that one and send them after his sister just to bug here. Smiling at the thought, he hazard a guess since he'd learned most spells were done with Latin. "Aves?"

Juliet smiled at the boy "Oh thats very close, but its Avis but very well done" Juliet then pulled out her wand "Ok to cast the spell you hold your wand firmly and swish it in a clockwise motion and say the incantation Avis"

Juliet then nodded at the boy "Ok I would like you to attempt the spell"

"Avis, not Aves," Adam muttered with a nod. Smiling that he had come close though, Adam puffed up a little. At least it wasn't completely wrong! And the teacher didn't seem to be upset that he'd gotten it wrong.

Leaning forward eagerly, he watched and nodded. Pulling out his own wand he mimicked the movement. Taking a breath he swished his wand a bit too eagerly and it flew across the room. Flushing in embarrassment, Adam quickly stood and retrieved his wand. "I, uh, guess I didn't have a firm hold on it."

Willing the heat to leave his face, Adam took a calming breath before trying again. This time he was able to keep hold of his wand. "Avis!"

James rushes in late, dressed in his female clothes makeup and hair doen up nicely. "im sorry im late miss" he managed, slipping into a seat. He lets out a small sigh and directs a smile at the other boy in the class. He didnt care weather or not he would judge him. James liked how he dressed and if people gave him crap about it they were just closed minded fools.

Recognition lit up Adam's eyes as he saw Jamie and gave a wave forgetting he had his wand in his hand and was trying a spell. He yelped at his absentmindedness and the birds flocking around him. Arms going up to cover his head he asked, "How do you get rid of them?"

Adam wasn't afraid of birds, but he'd rather not get his eyes pecked out thank you! Or shat on. That wouldn't be fun and it was gross. Worse then when he crawled under the house and got covered from head to foot in sludge.
