Personality:
Looking purely at his likes, Daniel's character may surprise you. He likens to a more liberal, free lifestyle with excitement and drama, but the boy himself is actually very calm. Speaking sparingly as to put value on his rarer words, he tends not to be the talkative one. That is not to say Daniel is shy, of course; he is much too confident to be shy. His ideals and philosophies are steadfast, as he is very sure of himself as a person. Very self-actualized even at a young age, his strong personality can come as either a comforting authority or an intimidating presence to those who first meet him.

Daniel is highly independent, but, again, not in a "lone wolf" type of way. Sure, he keeps friends, though usually because they prove some sort of usefulness to him as tools. However, the manner of his relationships almost always serve his purposes. It takes a pretty particular person for him to befriend simply for the sake of friendship.

The dominant trait Daniel demonstrates is a need to ruffle feathers: a lust for chaos. Daniel desires others to be fearful. He finds a great satisfaction seeing his environment in disorder, figuring himself better off than the world he creates before his eyes. A frantic scene that he controls gives him a sense of power, which comforts him. This is not your typical "I hate peace" type of villainry, though. Daniel prefers to be very romantic and theatrical about his mischief, being intelligent enough to plan elaborately for whatever his ambition happens to be. Though the boy comes off as darker and slightly more sadistic than the average child, his alignment is actually very neutral. He doesn't seek evil, but he will act in the way he finds most beneficial to his aim, whether that's for better or worse.

Overall history:
Despite being Muggle-Born, there was never any doubt that Daniel had some sort of mystical property about him. His life was by and large correlated to the supernatural, or, according to the wizarding world: completely natural. Daniel was born on October the 17th, two weeks early via C-section. His mother regarded this was "because he was ready for the world earlier than most boys." This, perhaps, could be true, as Daniel inherited potent magical properties of a wizard at his birth. He was schooled in French and English growing up, his father insisting on learning both his (English) and his mother's (French) native languages. However, when business brought the Agrippas to London, English became the primary language of the bilingual prodigy.

The incognito wizard and his family never really settled in London. They moved into their first complex while Daniel was still in his earlier years. However, strange occurrences happened about the flat, and, unknowing of Daniel's gift, the family insisted it was haunted. So they moved to another place only to find, as Daniel grew older, the strange events kept becoming more and more frequent. This resulted from the potency of Daniel's magical potential being cooped up without use.

As the strange sings increasingly pointed towards Daniel as a cause, his parents grew fearful of him, often locking him alone in his room for hours at a time. This caused his claustophobia. Once, being outraged at an unexplainable scene, his parents chucked an object at a ten-year-old Daniel, giving him a scar and feeling immediately remorseful afterwards. However, forgiveness was not so readily given. The boy grew particularly aggravated of being restrained into a room one day that he accidentally lashed out a mental spell that destroyed the door. Fearful for their lives at the violent twist in Daniel's demonic abilities, they ceased closing him to a room and obeyed him much like an overlord or master. Realizing his power, Daniel relied on his ethereal abilities absolutely, choosing to lack in physical prowess.

Empowered by striking fear into his own parents, it was an extra reward to be accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Thinking himself above other normal folk and belonging to a more elite class of people, Daniel anticipates his first days in the new world of magic.
