Personality: Lucelia's a lovely girl, the kind you wouldn't mind taking home to show your parents that you were dating. She likes to act like she doesn't give a stuff about what people think of her, but if you say the teeniest thing about her voice or her appearance, she is guaranteed to burst into tears and slap them across the face. She's terrified of butterflies. The fear's irrational.

Lucelia has long-since accepted that she's tiny and even though it irks her when people pick at this, she won't hurt them too badly. Maybe a flick to the ear or a foot-stamp, but that's it. Lucy can hold a grudge for about two minutes before she gives in, apologising like tomorrow isn't going to come and offering to do everything. She is a strong believer that baking cookies fixes everything.

Overall history: Ironically for her last name, Lucelia was born on not only Valentines day, but her parents fourth wedding anniversary, and the day that her grandmother died. In respect and loving memory, Lucy's mother decided that she would name her eldest daughter after her own loving and devoted mother, who passed away the year after Safia and Jasper got married. She never met Lucy, but Safia was ever telling stories of how proud her namesake would be of her were they to meet.

When she was twelve, Lucy's parents had another daughter, who they called Perri. She was born eight weeks premature and suffered from asthma, as well as a bunch of other problems. She was diagnosed with downs syndrome, as well as sickle cell anemia. Lucy is extremely protective of her sister and will put herself at risk if she thinks it might save Perri.

Lucy was up for everything and anything at school. Her name was always put forward for school plays, in which her vocal talents were first recognised. She studied hard and came out with excellent grades in everything but Maths, which she had always thought relatively pointless anyway. A 'C' overall in the subject left her slightly disappointed, after getting As and Bs in everything else at GCSE level. She attended college and came out with a degree in performing arts, something she'd always wanted to persue, but had never really had the support to.

It wasn't that Lucy's parents didn't love her. In fact, it was the total oppisite. It was that they knew how sensitive their daughter really was, and they didn't want her to get hurt at all. Safia sat Lucy down once and told her about the risks of going into the music business, which resulted in Lucelia running to her room and sobbing her eyes out for an hour. Safia and Jasper knew they had a talented daughter, but they didn't want her to fail, or not get noticed.

Lucy still didn't come to what her parents called "her senses". She was dead set on getting a career in singing and acting. She starred in a musical at the age of sixteen, proving that it could be done, but has since had not further luck in the business.
