Which way to go? (Open)

Aquila stood in the Entrance hall and looked around him. He had talked to Flora on the train, and met Charlotte.. and chatted to a few people at the feast but still he felt like he was missing something.

Of course, the boy knew what it was - there was a certain someone who he had yet to run into - but he wasn't going to admit it to himself. Not right now.

That was how he dealt with things. He pretended they weren't there until a solution presented itself to him.

So now, he stood in the entrance hall, watching the stairs move, wondering where he should go. He could of course - for once- be proactive and see if he could find that person, but really what were the chances.

He could also go bug Ceph, he's been brother free for more than a day - that was probably much too long.

Mischief of course was also an option.

Sighing, Aquila continued to stare at the staircases. Which way to go?

Koehae purposefully bumped into the scrawny boy of only a few years older than her. Honestly she thought bitterly, if you're going to stand around like a dumbstruck dork you're asking for it ... Plus, he reminded her far too much of her brother's killer, so instead of breaking into tears at the thought of Kalanon, she did what she did best; masked her real emotions with anger.

When the boy stumbled back a bit, Koehae grinned a contemptuous little grin, flicked her hair and locked eyes with him. "Sorry." She said innocently. "Didn't see you there!"

Alexis walked up the stairs humming under her breath. As she entered the entrance hall she saw a girl bump into a boy.
"Hello there. Excuse me?" She waited for them to stand aside.
"Um, do you need help, by the way?" she asked with a smile.

Aquila was startled as the girl - he figured she was a first year bumped into him - and was more than a little irked at her 'innocent' apology. If she was sorry, than he was cautious.

Which we all know he wasn't.

"Don't worry about it," he said with an even grin, his petulant anger bubbling behind it, "It must be hard to see one person in a completely empty hallway."

He turned as another girl called out, and stepped out of the way for her.

"I'm fantastic thank you," he responded to her question, "But maybe you can help my friend here - appearently her eyesight is giving her trouble."

J. J. sighed. Really she never should have gotten herself into this.

Whatever it was now or never.

She had noticed the young Ravenclaw boy enter the room. If she had to do this to anyone, he seemed the most likely to not kill her. Of course she could possibly never show her face again in class but... whatever.

Squaring her shoulders and not giving it a second thought she walked past the two Slytherin girls, grabbed Aquila, kissed him quickly on the lips and then ran out before anyone could do anything.
