by Monae swung her legs, sitting high in a tree. Eating a bar of white chocolate in one hand, she watched Warrior sulk down at the ground. The wolf was upset about her being up so high, but Monae enjoyed having the wind in her long hair. It got it tangled and messy, but she didn't care.
Her other hand wrote some words on a pad of notebook paper, not really knowing what she was writing about. She got inspired by watching Warrior hunt, deciding to write some song about the hunt and kill. She was practically itching to go grab her guitar and come up with some chords, but she needed to get the song finished while she was in the mood.
"But then you let your colors shine," She sang quietly, just a song that has been stuck in her head for awhile now. She stopped, not sure of the next words. The words came back, and she started singing again. "Lets go down to the apple tree, niave as Adam and Eve...."
