Birds of a feather {Open!}

'Who, who?'
A gray owl crooned as Alicia stretched her hand up to it's perch, offering an owl treat in her open palm. After inspecting the small gray-green pellet carefully, the bird wolfed it down easily, clacking it's beak happily when it finished.

'Don't they ever feed these birds?' she thought, her hand going to her scarf as she glanced around the shop at the various species of owls, cats, rats and toads. She'd been feeding the birds for almost an hour now, and every one of them had wolfed down what she offered. 'Or rather, what do they feed them? Clearly, it's nothing very good,'

Shaking her head, she turned to leave, wondering what else she could do to kill time. Her parents had let her loose in Diagon Alley for the day, making her promise to get out of the hotel for at least four hours. It had only been two, and she was bored out of her mind.

'Maybe I should buy something from Flourish and Blotts,' she muttered, grimacing apologetically as she bumped someone on her way out the door.

"Sorry,"

Amelia had been making wands all morning and was exhausted, while she enjoyed being the new owener of Ollivanders she did dislike how quite it was when nobody was in the shop. Amelia then walked towards the door and poked her head out, it didn't appear that anybody would be comming in

So Amelia quickly wrote a small note and placed it on the door saying she would be back in 10 mintues, she made her way over to Eylop's Owl Emporium, she felt sure an owl was just what she needed to keep her company without being too distracting

As Amelia walked through the doors, a young witch ran straight into her, Amelia let out a small grunt. " Careful my dear, I know your young and full of energy but save it for the Quidditch Pitch, not in shops"

Amelia then walked over to a sandy coloured owl and held out her hand as the owl swiftly perched on it as Amelia admired it
