Where's the Party? (Rue)

Ophelia waltzed into the common room as if she was floating, her usual air taking over the room. She was use to making any space her own, after all who didn't like to spend time with her?

Other than the people she was less than considerate of.

She walked about the room, stopping to hug and kiss the cheeks of a few people here and there, gossip a bit, before she finally settled on a chair, looking out at the room.

Who hadn't she heard from - or about - in a while?

Ruby walked into the common room. She wanted to see if anyone was there. Nodding to a couple people, she headed to Ophelia. She fell into the chair besides her.

"Hey, how are you doing?" Ruby asked. She looked towards the people in the common room along with Ophelia.

Ophelia glanced over at the person who sat down beside her.

Ruby Moon, third year, twin sister of Stella Moon - she couldn't think of anything particularily juicy gossip about her at the moment.

She was tolerable. Phillie gave her a smile.

"I am bored. There is nothing to do around here."

Ruby smirked, "That sounds like fun." She often people watched.

"There always seems to be nothing to do around here, but it happens," Ruby said. Ruby thought about what she heard about Ophilia, she listened and knew about most everyone.

Ophelia sighed dramatically, and leaned back in her chair, her hair dangling down, her pretty little nose tilted up in the air.

"This is simple unexceptable," she announced. "If there is nothing to do, we will have to make something."

"Oh course we have to figure out something to do," Ruby smirked. She began to think about what to do.

Relaxing in the chair with her feet over the arm and her head over the other arm. "What to do? What to do?"

Ophelia smirked and snapped at the small first year who was walking past.

"You, here front and center," she ordered. The frightened first year did as she ordered. She did love the power of that. No one baucked at what she said.

"I want you to disperse yourself amongst the people, tell them," she paused for a moment before smirking, and whispering in the young boys ear.

She pulled back and smirked, "Yes that should do it. Now run, run."

The first year left and she turned back to Ruby.

"Now we shall see what that does."

Ruby smirked and watched the First year scramble around the common room. She relaxed more and looked at Ophilia.

"So what is this little one doing?" She questioned. Ruby was curious and she often made it known.

Ophelia gave a small slow smile, one that she liked to think she was quite famous for. It could look quite intimidating on her pretty face - depending on who she was giving it too. It was surprising, she found, how easily she intimidated.

"Oh him? He's just announcing some things that I feel have been unsaid for far too long."

Ruby smirked and waited for the fun to begin.

"Hmm. I can't wait" Ruby smiled.
