accio

Also known as the Summoning Spell. Causes an object to fly to the caster, even over quite some distance; the target object is said to have been Summoned. It would seem that the caster must know at least the general location of the object Summoned.

TASK: There will be some small objects from pens to glass figurines scattered all over the room. You are to successfully summon them - without breaking them - by the end of the lesson.

Millicent tilted her head once she was alloewd to venture across the classroom to search for the missing items. She found one at the ceiling, a small quill with a gentle, green feather. Pointing her wand at it, she muttered, "Accio."

It didn't come, and that caused the Uchitel to growl angrily. She kept repeating the incantation, getting angrier and angrier each time. It still didn't work.
