CharLena's SuperMegaFoxyAwesomeHot Duel... without the hot. [PG 13]

Charles had received a letter from Lena the day before, and now he was here, waiting for her. She had told him they had some unfinished business to solve, and Merlin they had. They had been fighting about everything the entire time he was in Durmstrang, and he liked to end it with a duel.

Lena smirked when she made her way into the most unknown room in the school - the Room of Necessity. She couldn't believe, that finally, after all these years, she would finally be able to get her revenge. It may not be the way she wanted to, but it was revenge all the same.

She looked around the room and smirked even wider when she saw Charles sitting down, obviously waiting for her. "Prentiss," she announced.

Charles turned up, and his eyes narrowed when Lena had spoken his name. If she wasn't so pretty (not like he liked her that way anymore) he would have punched her. "Vorstenbach," he replied, just as coldly.

Lena laughed at his cold tone, and she walked towards him very slowly, taking her time with every step. "I see you have come," she announced, mentally adding to your death at the end of her sentence. "Are you ready?"

Charles nodded. "I'm fucking ready, alright," he snapped. "But first, let's talk about the rules of this duel. We cannot have a duel without rules."

Lena rolled her eyes. Charles was such a fucking potty mouth nowadays. But that could be the same for herself. Plus, his confidence was just bloody annoying her, like it always did.

At least he knew about the rules better than he did when he was seven, though, because that was the impression Lena got from his words. "Right," she began, "one, we are not to tell any adult about this duel. Got that?"

Charles nodded. That was exactly what he wanted. "Definitely. I am not risking our sorry lives because we wanted to have a fuck of a fight," he snapped, but there was a firm tone in his voice. "Two, no curses. Hexes and jinxes are allowed, but not curses."

Lena rolled her eyes when Charles mentioned no curses. Was he a chicken? Then again, he was only a first year, and most first years wouldn't know that many curses, or more likely, how to fend them off.

"Fine," she spat, "three: if anything goes wrong in this duel, we are not to go to the Healer with it."

Charles nearly objected, but he had already said he didn't want to let himself get caught, he nodded. "Alright," he said, taking his position. "You ready?"

Lena rolled her eyes, drawing her wand, tying her hair back and taking a stance she was perfectly comfortable with. After wiping a drop of sweat off her face, she nodded.

Charles took a deep breath and pointed his wand directly at Lena's. He then yelled, "Expelliarmus!" before getting back into a ready position.

The tip of Lena's wand hit the dart of light, and it flew out of her hands. She managed to catch it gracefully in the palm of her hand after that, and she pointed her wand at Charles's feet. "Tarantallegra," she muttered to herself.

Charles smirked when he saw the spell hit Lena, but his smirk fell apart when he saw her catch it again. He then saw her mutter a spell (if only he knew what it was) and he ran out of the way. "Stupefy!" he yelled.

Lena narrowly dodged the bright red light that came towards her, though part of her hair was singed by it, leaving a trail of burnt blonde hair. Scheisse, she thought. She then thought of a good spell as she got ready into a tall, confident stance. "Locomotor Mortis," she breathed.

Charles immediately yelled, "Protego!" when he saw a light go towards him, and the spell rebounded onto the wall, where part of it cracked. HE then took his confident stance and yelled, "Petrificus Totalus!"

Lena swore as the spell rebounded off the walls and she immediately slashed her wand in the air, muttering, "Protego!" as a dart of light came towards her body. She decided not to cast a spell this time, and waited for Prentiss to make his move.

Charles wondered why Lena had not made a move. Ah well, one more move for him. He yelled, "Expelliarmus!" again because he had no idea what else to say.

Lena dodged the spell with ease and threw her wand onto the ground. "Oh... wizard duelling, so lame," she announced, dropping her wand onto the floor. "I wanna fight this... the Muggle way."

Charles nearly flinched at the thought of a Muggle duel, but he agreed to it all the same. He nodded, dropping his wand onto the floor too, kicking it aside.

Lena smirked once he did so, but she made sure that he didn't see anything. She took a deep breath and muttered, "On the count of one... two..."

"Three," Charles finished, and he lunged towards her. He reached for her arm, where he hoped he would be able to restrain her, or punch her at least.

Without a second thought, Lena ran as Charles initiated the fight, and she knew why as he had lunged for her. She immediately ran for his back and threw herself at him releasing a loud grunt from her nose, hoping that he would fall onto the ground.

Charles felt something on his back, and he fell onto the ground with a wham. He tried not to cry. Why didn't he shoot Lena down with a simple spell while he had the chance?

Once Lena knew she had Charles firmly within her fingertips, she decided to start punching his back. Thank Merlin she still remembered how to punch correctly - or, if that was nonexistent - in the most painful way possible. She released a grunt of anger with every punch, and every piece of rage she had felt against Charles in her whole life was coming back now in the form of physical abuse.

Charles tried not to flinch or cry every time Lena punched him. The longer he was punched, the more painful and numb his back felt. He finally got the courage to curl his back so Lena would slip off and fall onto the floor.
